![]() ![]() So after the character finally got abused to a point where she started considering suicide, the rest of the book just stopped being as amusing. ![]() But one thing bothered me from the second it occurred: I will absolutely never understand why rape is necessary for character development when everything else points to it being unnecessary. Mine: There were a lot of great and funny moments, not the smallest being Boxxy’s agoraphobia, or his quick dubbing of lich as “ nasty” due to her horrible flavor. It was the fact that upon leveling up Boxxy will cease being this perfect shape of a chest. After all, the dilema wasn’t the Nasty new team member. But, being just a brainless box, he didn’t see how that could possibly create an issue with loyalty, and, destroying newly found dungeon left and right, went on the quest. ![]() To help along the way he blackmails a lich into becoming part of the team. It would be preferable to do so via Unholy Wealth ritual, but if leveling up is what it takes, he’ll do it. But one big fat bad too.Ībout: Boxxy is on a quest to level up and find more shinies and tasties. And there was a lot of good in this book. Resulting in the happy little find: apparently Everybody Loves Large Chests already got the third book out called “ Vortena” by Neven Iliev. So, wasn’t feeling like any serious book. 4 out of 5 so far.ĭunno what happens in November and why everyone needs translations done, but it happens, and I am very tired with way too much on my plate. Characters are unique, and they show true development, not just evolvement ( like pokemon evolution) that the plot implies.īasically, these are good books, served with a spoon of tar. For the plot is great, twists are great too, jokes remain on point. My Opinion: Were it not for the explicit sexual content, these books could be both better ( the bullshit in the previous book would not have happened then), and could reach a wider audience. Not that it will have a choice other than to try, it seems. And if one played the skills just right, one could leave this place with life, skills, and even more shinies in the depths of its storage-like body. Where, carefully navigating social webs, mimic does his best to gather the required teachers, contacts, friends, and things… People alike. So here he is, infiltrating Azurvale, a city built on trees. I mean, you definitely can, but it won’t be as effective. So I took the fourth one, “ Morgana” by Neven Iliev, with caution.Ībout the Book: Boxxy finally figured that you can’t just kill things to level all the skills up. After the previous book, series “ Everybody Loves Large Chests” fell on very thin ice for me. ![]()
